PRIVACY POLICY

SECTION 1 — WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND WHY

- Order information: When you buy from our store we collect details you provide for the purchase and fulfilment process, such as your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number and email.

- Device & usage data: When you visit our site we automatically receive technical data (for example IP address, browser type and operating system) to help us operate and improve the site.

- Marketing: If you opt in, we may send promotional emails about new products, offers and company news.

SECTION 2 — CONSENT

- How we obtain consent: By providing personal information to complete a purchase, validate payment, arrange delivery or handle a return, you consent to our using that information for those purposes. If we want to use your information for other reasons (for example marketing), we will ask for your explicit consent or give you an easy way to opt out.

- Withdrawing consent: You can withdraw any consent at any time by contacting us or by using unsubscribe links in our marketing messages.

SECTION 3 — DISCLOSURE

We will disclose personal information only as required by law or if necessary to enforce our Terms of Service, protect our rights, or respond to legal requests.

SECTION 4 — JURISDICTION, PLATFORM & PAYMENTS

We process personal information in accordance with British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) for private-sector organizations and, where applicable, Canada’s federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

- Data storage: Your information is stored through Shopify’s infrastructure and held on secure servers behind firewalls.

- Payments: If you use a direct payment gateway, payment data is handled by that gateway and is subject to PCI-DSS encryption and security standards. Transaction details are retained only as long as needed to complete the purchase, unless otherwise required.

For more information about Shopify’s security and privacy practices, see Shopify’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

SECTION 5 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, CROSS-BORDER TRANSFERS & LINKS

- Third-party processors: We use third-party service providers (payment processors, shipping partners, analytics, email services, etc.) who may collect or process the personal information needed to provide their services. Their use of your data is governed by their own policies; we recommend reviewing those policies.

- Cross-border transfers: Because we serve customers in Canada and the United States, personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in jurisdictions outside British Columbia or Canada, including the United States. Where data is transferred to another jurisdiction, it may be subject to that jurisdiction’s laws. By using our services or completing a transaction, you consent to such transfers as necessary to provide our services.
