Furniture (Returns & Exchanges)
Due to the high cost and complexity of shipping our furniture, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our furniture.
Clothing (Returns & Exchanges)
We accept returns for store credit or one exchange (clothing) within 14 days of delivery. If you’re unsure about sizing or fit, contact us before ordering and we’ll help.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and packaging.
- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt) and your contact info (name, address, email).
- Defective items: contact us before use; for domestic orders we’ll provide a return label and will replace or repair the item when appropriate.
- Clothing must be returned in the original box or a box of equal or larger size to avoid creasing — no envelopes.
- Returns that don’t meet requirements may incur a restocking fee.
Non-Returnable
- Items showing obvious signs of use, damage, or not in original condition.
- Returns postmarked more than 14 days after delivery.
- Limited editions, custom or one-of-a-kind pieces, and gift cards are final sale.
- Pants that have been custom ordered to length / hemmed can not be returned
How to Return or Exchange
- Email us with your order number and reason before shipping a return.
- Ship the item within 7 days of contacting us, with tags and original packaging. Use tracked shipping or insurance — you’re responsible for return shipping costs.
- We will inspect the return and notify you of approval or rejection. Approved returns are issued as store credit (digital gift card) or processed as an exchange when stock allows. If the requested exchange size/item is unavailable, you may choose an item of equal value or receive store credit. Rejected returns will be returned to sender.
Processing & Refunds
- Allow up to 3 business days after arrival for inspection and processing. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments without proof of delivery.
Undeliverable / Returned to Sender
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you are responsible for reshipment fees. We will contact you when the item arrives to arrange payment and reshipment.

Repairs
Ranger Wood stands behind all of its products. If a product has a workmanship or manufacturing defect, we will repair it at no charge. We do not currently offer repairs for normal wear and tear, but can recommend trusted repair services when needed—contact us for suggestions. Please do not abuse this offering. Any defects which were not present at the time of dispatch can only be returned at the cost of the buyer. We only offer store credit on returned items.
Care tips to extend the life of your clothing and leather goods:
• Regularly wipe or brush off dirt and debris.
• Shake out pockets, un-cuff pant hems, and clear folds and creases where grit can collect.
• Re-wax waxed canvas periodically to maintain water resistance and strength; neglected waxed canvas will dry, weaken, and wear faster.
• Rotate garments rather than wearing the same piece every day to allow time for maintenance and airing
Do not machine-wash waxed canvas—spot clean with a dry brush or a damp cloth. Individual care instructions are listed on each product page.
Furniture Repair & Care Notes:
All furniture is assembled & assessed for damages prior to leaving our shop.
We stand behind workmanship and will repair manufacturing defects & will ship replacements if needed. We do not cover damage from normal wear, misuse, accidents, or environmental exposure, but can provide repair estimates or refer trusted local restorers.
- Routine checks: tighten joints and hardware, inspect for loose glue or splits, and address small issues early to prevent bigger repairs.
- Protect finishes: avoid direct sunlight, extreme humidity/temperature swings, and prolonged contact with water; use coasters, placemats, and felt pads under legs.
- Finish maintenance: periodic oiling, waxing, or refinishing will preserve appearance and durability—follow the product page recommendations or contact us for recommended products and methods.
- Upholstery: vacuum regularly, treat spills quickly according to the fabric care instructions, and consult us for professional cleaning or reupholstery options.
