Shipping policy

Production and Timing

Our pieces are crafted in small, limited runs. Each product page lists the next production opening; once an item sells out, production begins. Well notify you with estimated production completion and shipping dates. To make the best use of materials, we often focus on one collection at a time.

Shipping Methods (Apparel)

Orders are shipped via USPS by default. If you prefer a different carrier, email us and well arrange it. Any additional shipping costs will be billed to you. We aim to deliver your order safely and promptly.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using USPS and UPS, and can accommodate special shipping requests when needed. For assistance, contact us.

Liability and Claims

Once a package leaves our facility, the carrier assumes responsibility for its delivery. Goods by Ranger Wood is not liable for lost, stolen, or carrier-damaged shipments. Customers must file claims with the carrier; were glad to assist you with the claims process.

Returns and Exchanges

Customers are responsible for return shipping and should use tracked postage to ensure safe return. We will cover the cost to ship exchanged items back to you.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping. We will notify you when the item arrives and arrange the new shipment once the fee is paid.

Shipping Methods (Furniture)

-    All furniture is shipped by LTL carriers based on the location of client. Our trusted courier is Pacific Coast Express. At the time f dispatch you will be required to provide your phone number and e-mail to book our couriers.

- We have a strict no returns / no refunds policy on all furniture leaving our shop. Due to the complexity & costs of shipping our furniture returns are not possible nor feasible for a small shop like ours. Please respect this.

- All shipments are shipped in large wooden crates. We provide door drop only. Receiver is responsible for dismantling crate & bringing furnishings into their home themselves & assembling themselves. Please reach out if you require any assistance with assembly.

**Shipping & Customs (U.S. Customers)**

- If you are located in the USA you will be responsible for customs fee. Near the completion of your project we will connect you via email with our trusted customs broker Ramsay Logistics. You will be required to complete the necessary customs documentation and pay the duties fee on your shipment. Please complete this step as soon as possible. Failure to submit the required documents or pay the fee within 2 weeks of e-mail will result in a store credit.

-    Please ensure your shipping address is registered with U.S. Customs and USPS. We are unable to ship to unregistered or rural addresses. Any issues with customs or address registration will be the customers responsibility and may incur additional fees.

We do not and will not honour any request for a return shipment. Returns for furniture are extremely expensive and require reverse country brokerage which we do not have brokers for.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a courier can not deliver your shipment & the furnishing is held at a facility for any amount of time, the client is responsible for the holding charges incurred.
