Prospector Bed
The Prospector - walnut bedframe. After a decade of running a seperate bed business, shipping over 600 bed frames across two countries - this bed is the result. Believe us when we know how to make a bed. The result of many trials, to the hundreds of interactions I have had with clients, and to the countless hours and failed attempts at an elite bed. Made from a solid 1.5” thick walnut frame, featuring walnut patchwork inlays, bowties & brass bone accents in the headboard. Waxed Canvas satchels, with leather backing, hang at the sides for personal items. A moveable side table, designed from brass plating to locate at your leisure. Pair this bed with the correct bedsheets and you’ll never want to leave.
Every connection, angle, curve, down to the subtle intricacies of the slat support system - not in plain site - were thoughtfully curated. All of our wood is sourced through local manufacturers recycled off-cuts, and re-glulammed into solid pieces. Subtle accents - wood inlays, bowties, brass bone accents, and a final leather embossed brand crest are inlayed throughout the bed. This is an art piece as much as it is a furnishing.
Shipping: All products by Ranger Wood are made in small / limited runs. Once sold out production begins. Clients will be notified of estimated production end & shipping dates. This bed is designed to be flat packed and assembled on spot.
